Email hello@podeditor.app and we'll get back to you. That's the same address behind Help ▸ Send Feedback… inside the app, which is worth using instead when you can — it fills in your exact build number automatically, which is usually the first thing we need to know.

What are the system requirements?

macOS 15 or later, running natively on Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs. PodEditor does not run on Intel Macs.

Can I import my existing Hindenburg sessions?

Yes. Use File ▸ Import Hindenburg Session… to bring in an .nhsx session, including its voice profiles and Favorites library, directly into PodEditor.

What audio formats can I import and export?

Import covers common formats including WAV, AIFF, MP3, and split-stereo files (each channel becomes its own track automatically when that's the right call). Export covers MP3, AAC, M4A, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, and CAF, with loudness normalization and a true-peak limiter applied on the way out.

Why does PodEditor ask for microphone access?

Only if you use the record feature — recording a pickup or an ad read directly onto the timeline. PodEditor never touches the microphone otherwise, and macOS will ask you to grant this permission the first time you try to record.

Does PodEditor collect any data about me or my usage?

No. PodEditor has no telemetry or analytics of any kind — nothing about how you use the app is sent anywhere automatically. The only data that ever leaves your Mac is what you choose to send us directly, such as attaching a crash report to a support email.

The app crashed. Where do I find the crash report?

PodEditor uses macOS's own built-in crash reporter — there's no separate crash-reporting service involved. From the app, choose Help ▸ Reveal Crash Reports to open the folder directly, or Help ▸ Send Feedback… to email one to us along with your build number.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email hello@podeditor.app, or use Help ▸ Send Feedback… inside the app. We read every message, and bug reports with a build number attached are the fastest to act on.

Is PodEditor free?

PodEditor is currently in active development and testing. Pricing hasn't been finalized yet.

Is there a user guide?

Not yet — PodEditor is still early, and the fastest way to get unstuck in the meantime is to email us directly. We're happy to walk through anything that isn't obvious from the app itself.
