Mouse and modifier keys

These are built into the timeline and cannot be changed.

Clips

Gesture	Does
Drag	Move the clip and any clips linked to it, snapping to edges
⌃ Drag	Move with snapping suspended
⌥ Drag	Duplicate the clip, then drag the copy
⇧⌘ Drag	Slip: the clip stays put and the audio inside it moves
⌘ Drag	File the clip in a bin
Click	Select the whole linked clip
⇧ Click	Add to or remove from the selection
⌘ Click	Select just this track’s part of a linked clip
Right-click	Context menu

Scrolling and Zoom
